Nineteen new homes could be built on the site of a former gas depot.
Achi-tekt Partnership has applied to build two-storey, three-bed properties off Chase Street, near the centre of Wisbech.
It says in a planning statement it hopes to create "a quality residential development served off a private shared surface driveway".

It adds: "The proposed dwellings and materials have been carefully designed for the site to create a more modern feel – in keeping with the recent developments of Cotterell Way, Ogden Gardens and Ettie Close."
The site is currently vacant and mostly covered in concrete hardstanding.
A management company will be set up to maintain the private drive through the site.
A decision is expected from Fenland Council next year.
