The managing director of one of the region's biggest festivals is "delighted" to have opened a coffee and cocktail bar - complete with its own Santa's Grotto.
Silas Rayner and his wife Daisy, who run the popular Maui Waui festival near Dereham, have spent all week frantically preparing their new bar called The Mayfair in Bungay.
The couple and a team of helpers are "thrilled" to have transformed the former newsagents and wine shop after working 15-hour days.

Mr Rayner said: "My goodness it has been a crazy week, but with a fantastic team of helpers I am absolutely thrilled we have been able to pull this off in just a week.
"It was ambitious as only a month ago did I get the building, but we are going to operate throughout December, see how it goes, and evaluate plans in the New Year.
"We have exciting plans and visions beyond this Christmas period, but one step at a time."
By day, the couple hopes the venue will become a trendy, pet and family-friendly place to swing by for a coffee or mojitos or cocktail in a relaxed atmosphere.

While in the evening The Mayfair will be open as an alternative place to go and enjoy an alcoholic drink in Bungay.
An array of handmade products will also be sold there.
"Positioned on Broad Street it is amazing to be so close to The Green Dragon pub and we hope people will pop in and try out the array of drinks we have to offer.

"During the day we want people to pop in and hang out, and if they bring their children, they will have the chance to meet the real Father Christmas in our grotto.
"It is really exciting and we hope people will enjoy our spectacular Winter Wonderland experience where you can meet Father Christmas, get a coffee, mulled wine or cocktail," Mr Rayner said.
The Mayfair bar is based at 18 Broad Street, Bungay.
