Police have carried out an operation targeting shop crime in the Gorleston area in the run-up to Christmas.
It saw Great Yarmouth Police speak to shop staff and provide a high-visibility presence to "deter anyone thinking of committing theft".
Officers also offered advice and visited the Gapton Hall Retail Park.
A statement from Great Yarmouth Police about Saturday's operation said: "Our officers enjoyed some positive engagement with the public, and were kindly thanked by retail staff who appreciated the support during one of their busiest and most demanding periods."
