Fast food giant Burger King is set to open a new restaurant and takeaway on an out-of-town retail park.
The chain has been given planning permission to erect its signage on an empty unit on the Hardwick Retail Park, on the outskirts of King's Lynn.
The site on Campbell's Meadow, next to the Hardwick Roundabout, was formerly operated as a Frankie & Benny's diner, which closed down in December.
Planning papers showing the signage say they will "bring the building over to the Burger King brand".
No further details of the new restaurant or its open date are given in the application.
Burger King closed its store in the centre of King's Lynn during lockdown.
The US-based chain has 527 restaurants in the UK, while arch-rival MacDonald's boasts 1,300.
