A Norfolk town perfectly positioned between the city and the coast is on the rise with lots of exciting plans in the pipeline.
From bakeries to farmers' markets, these new openings and events are putting Reepham firmly on the map.
1. The Station Bakery
Joanne and Simon Chipperfield took over The Reepham Station Café in August 2020, which backs onto the Marriott's Way - a 26-mile path that follows the routes of two former railway lines from Norwich to Aylsham.
In November 2023, the couple opened The Station Bakery at the same site, in collaboration with Krusty Loaf, and it offers fresh bread, homemade cakes, sausage rolls, pasties and much more.
2. Bread Source
Award-winning Norfolk bakery chain Bread Source recently launched a café inside The Dial House in Reepham, which has been taken on by new owners.
James and Tom Ellis reopened the venue alongside Steve Winter, founder of Bread Source, after a short period of refurbishment.
The Dial House also boasts eight bedrooms, which are now being used as a bed and breakfast, and the trio has plans for a restaurant at the site next year.

3. Farmers' markets at Eves Hill Farm
Eves Hill Farm, located on the outskirts of Reepham, held its first-ever farmers' markets in November.
Third-generation farmer Jeremy Buxton and his wife Kathryn are planning to host monthly markets from January 2024 in their barn in collaboration with Native2Norfolk.
There is also a shop and a glamping and camping site at the mixed arable and livestock farm.

This includes commercial units occupied by Norfolk businesses such as All Day Brewing and Drip Drop Bake Stop.
The farm's first Christmas market is on Sunday, December 17 from 10am to 3pm, in collaboration with Native2Norfolk, with 30 stalls and free entry.
The event will take place in a disused cattle shed, which has recently undergone a £90,000 refurbishment ahead of three padel courts opening there in spring 2024 - a mix between tennis and squash.
