A new dog grooming and hydrotherapy centre has been given the go-ahead.
Fenland council has agreed planning permission for the business to change the use of an industrial unit on Boleness Road, in Wisbech.
A planning officer's report said: "The proposed change of use will enable the growth of a new local business and the re-use of an existing vacant commercial building without detriment to the character of the area or amenity."

A planning statement said the business would open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Sunday and employ two people.
It adds it would accommodate two dogs at a time for sessions lasting from one to two hours, offering services including washing and drying, hair styling and nail clipping.
It said the business would be located "within a sensible and appropriate location" and would provide "additional services" to the town.
