Norwich Soul Church's popular Christmas production is taking a break this year - but will be back "even bigger" in 2024.
Over the past few years, thousands of families from the area have kick-started their Christmas by watching The Wonder.
The church will be moving to its new £7m home in Heartsease Lane next Easter. It has had a temporary base after the previous church was destroyed following a lightning strike in 2006.
Soul Church's senior pastor Jon Norman said: "We love The Wonder – it’s a popular Christmas tradition for our team and their families too – and every year it reaches thousands of people, so this was a difficult decision.
"But we need to take care of our amazing volunteers as we move into our new home and to value their time in this busy season. We’ll be back in 2024 with room to welcome thousands of extra people – we can’t wait!”
