More than 30 homes for local people are set to go on sale in a seaside town despite disruption from Storm Babet.
West Norfolk council is building 32 one, two and three bed flats on Southend Road at Hunstanton.
The £6.8m development near the seafront is expected to be completed early in 2024.
In a report to a council meeting Alistair Beales, the council's cabinet member for business, says: "Storm Babet also caused concerns at Southend Road, but it was the wind and not rain which impacted this project.
"Crane lifts of the concrete floors and roofs could not take place, causing a delay to all trades. The corporate project team is working with Lovell to identify opportunities that will offset these delays.
"It is now expected that all roof trusses will be in place for December 18. Marketing of the properties should be commencing imminently subject to final review of the marketing information and legal information."

The council says when sold the flats will have covenants on them requiring owners to use the property as their main home, so they are not used as holiday homes or lets.
It hopes the scheme will help to address housing needs and have long-term benefits for the town of Hunstanton.
Six of the properties, which are being built around a central courtyard, will be affordable. No prices have yet been released.
Parking will have EV charging infrastructure built in and secure cycle storage will also be included.
The site was formerly part of the town's railway station, which closed in 1969.
Since then much of the former terminus, its track bed and the line which approached it have been built on.
But during the early stages of work on the latest scheme, contractors uncovered part of one of the platforms.
