Fly tippers have been hit with fines totalling £1,645 following three separate incidents across Breckland.
Breckland Council said the cases involved the illegal dumping of office furniture, household waste and rotting food.
The first incident took place next to the A11 in Thetford, and involved office furniture being dumped on land owned by the Forestry Commission.
After an investigation, it was found that an unlicensed waste carrier had been utilised resulting in fines of £800.
The individual responsible for the dumping has since collected the waste.
Council officials said the incident could have been avoided if licensed carriers or Breckland's own waste removal services had been used.
The second case occurred at a Sainsbury's car park in Attleborough, where CCTV operators observed a driver dumping items including bags of household waste.
Co-operation with the DVLA led to the vehicle owner being identified and a £445 fine was imposed.
The most recent incident occurred on the A47 near Scarning.
Roadside bins were found overflowing with rotting fruit, eggs and vegetables, along with discarded bags of waste and packaging.
Serco officers discovered the fly tip was linked to a business in north Norfolk and a penalty of £400 was issued.
Councillor Helen Crane, Breckland's executive member for waste, said: "These fines reinforce our stance against illegal dumping. We urge residents and businesses to responsibly dispose of waste through authorised channels.
"We're determined to maintain our area's cleanliness and will take robust action against those who disregard the law."
