Norwich's former Top Shop building is up for sale, less than a month after new tenants moved in.
The huge store on Haymarket was taken over by Mountain Warehouse in October, having stood vacant for two years after the fashion retailer closed down.
Now, it is back on the market for £4.18m, having undergone extensive renovations.
Francis Darrah, the agent managing the sale, said that although a new owner was imminent, Mountain Warehouse was set to remain in the building for ten years, as per its lease agreement.

The rent for the building is currently set at £334,000 per year.
Mr Darrah said: “It was always the current owners’ plan to sell once a new tenant was in place.
“It's a landmark building, and Mountain Warehouse did a very high quality fitout, transforming what had become a bit of a blot into a prime piece of real estate.”
Although a buyer is yet to be confirmed, Mr Darrah said they’d had “strong interest” in the property, and that he anticipated a sale “sooner rather than later”.
