A festive craft event with biscuit decorating and hot chocolate is being held at a country home this winter. 

How Hill House, near Ludham, will invite families to join days full of creativity and Christmas spirit on December 3 and December 16.

Two events will take place on each date, with one beginning at 10am and another at 1pm. 

Each session will last for two hours and will be aimed at families with children aged four to 11.

A spokesman for the How Hill Trust said: "There will be a selection of Christmas crafts for you to do as a family including making Christmas crackers, wooden baubles, Christmas tree garlands and a biscuit decorating station to visit while you enjoy a mug of hot chocolate.

"After, you are free to explore the house gardens at your leisure."

How Hill House was built by Norwich architect Edward Boardman in 1905.

It was initially used as a family holiday home but has since become an environmental study centre for the Norfolk Broads. 

Tickets to the craft events cost £10 each and can be purchased on Eventbrite.
