A worker at an engineering firm in Norfolk says more than 20 people have been handed redundancy notices.
The employee of Mussett Aerospace, based in Loddon, said 21 people in total were told they would lose their jobs.
A letter to the worker - who does not want to be named - said: “Further to previous discussions you are advised that as part of its current reorganisation plans Mussett Aerospace Ltd hereby gives notice to you that it shall be terminating your contract of employment, by way of redundancy, with the company.”
The firm filed for administration in 2019, with its founder Gordon Mussett resignning as a board member in September, leaving Baljeet Singh as the sole director.
The redundancy letter was signed by Mr Singh
He disputed the claims but declined to comment.
The employee said: “It’s sad to see it go like this after all these years.
“A lot of people are losing their jobs and it’s just sad.”
The company, which produces precision components for the automotive and oil and gas industries, was founded in Loddon in 19878.
