Bann Thai in Church Street was a gold seal winner for its "consistently high customer ratings".
The awards said: "Kim provides the wonderful warm customer service that Bann Thai is famed for, having lived in Norfolk all of his life – as an ex-farmer, he knows the county inside out and what its customers and visitors are looking for.
"Belle moved to England from Nakhonsawan, in the North of Thailand, in 2001 and brought with her a lifetime of culinary experience due to her restaurateur upbringing."
