It might only be November but one north Norfolk cafe is already set for Christmas.
Horatio's, in Bull Street in Holt, will celebrate one year with its new owners on December 6.
Martin Allen and his partner Sarah Betts plan to mark the occasion with an extra-long festive celebration packed with Christmas lights, special deals and some yuletide community spirit.
Mr Allen said: "It means a lot to have had such a good welcome so far - we're new to Holt so we try to get along with everyone as much as we can.
"We just try to be as social and give back wherever possible."
He said they particularly wanted to contribute to the town's festive traditions by creating a light display at the front of the business.
A canopy stretches from Horatio's across Bull Alley and the cafe's front is draped in a sheet of twinkling lights.

Every Friday after November 17 when the town's Christmas lights are on Horatio's will stay open late until 8pm serving roast dinners.
During the switch-on itself, quick foods such as burgers, chicken nuggets, sausages and chips will be available to take away.
Freshly made mince pies, Christmas cakes and puddings can also purchased in-store from now until Christmas.
Horatio's is open 7 days a week from 8am until 5pm and will also offer late-night Fridays.
