A teenage driver already disqualified for drink driving has been found behind the wheel while drunk for a second time.
Dido Mbuly, 19, was found to be in an intoxicated state when stopped by police on Rose Lane in Norwich on October 29.
Appearing at Norwich Magistrates’ Court in custody the day after his arrest he pleaded guilty to refusing to provide police with a breath or blood specimen for analysis.

Mbuly, of Bevan Close in Earlham, also admitted driving while disqualified, driving with no insurance and being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
Josephine Jones, prosecuting, said they were the second set of similar offences in a relatively short space of time and that he should not have been driving at all as he was already subject to an interim ban.
Adjourning his sentencing until November 28, District Judge Elizabeth Jones told him: “You’re in really serious trouble here.”
“People driving drunk while already disqualified generally get sent to prison. I’m not making that decision now but you should be aware of that,” she added.
