A 29-year-old died after “becoming unwell” earlier this year, an inquest has heard.
Georgji Lastovka had returned to his friend’s flat on Sunday, June 11 after he began to feel ill early on in the day.
When his friend arrived home later that evening, he found Mr Lastovka, who he had known for around three months, had died at his home in Market Place, Thetford.
Police officers attended the scene, where Mr Lastovka was officially declared deceased.
An inquest into the circumstances surrounding the death was opened at Norfolk Coroner’s Court at County Hall in Norwich on Friday, October 20.
The area coroner, Samantha Goward, confirmed that Mr Lastovka was born in Lithuania on May 12, 1994.
