This was just five days after the order came into force.
Norwich Magistrates’ Court heard he had been subject of five separate DVPO dating back to 2019.
Saffer, of Style Loke in Barford, also admitted breaking a curfew that is part of bail conditions imposed as part of a separate court case.
On October 17, he was jailed for four weeks and ordered to remain on remand until December 11.
Kyle Tipper, 29
In the early hours of July 22, 2019 Tipper, who was 24 at the time, sent his 18-year-old victim a picture of his genitals after asking her if he could trust her.
He later sexually assaulted her on two occasions.
Tipper, of Silver Green, King's Lynn, appeared at court for sentence on Monday (October 16, 2023) having admitted two counts of sexual assault.
Tipper was jailed for 29 months, made the subject of a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) for 10 years and put on the sex offenders register for 10 years.

Shehu was found after police raided a property at Millview in Ormesby St Margaret where about 30 cannabis plants were found.
They were estimated to have a value of £225,000.
He appeared at Norwich Crown Court on October 18 after admitting being concerned in the production of cannabis.
The court heard that he was put to work at a Norfolk cannabis factory to pay back £2,500 given to him to fund an operation his father had in his homeland of Albania.
Shehu, of no fixed abode, was jailed for 12 months.
