A 43-year-old man from Norwich is to stand trial accused of assaulting a man.
Mark Taylor has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent on February 17 last year.
Taylor, of Unthank Road, Norwich, appeared at Norwich Crown Court on Tuesday (October 17) when he entered a not guilty plea to the offence.
Judge Alice Robinson fixed a trial date of April 2 next year.
Oliver Haswell appeared for the prosecution while Will Carter appeared on behalf of Taylor.
