A man has been charged following a fatal crash in Earsham.
A silver Mitsubishi and a black Ford S Max were involved in a collision on the A143 at 8pm on October 1.
The driver of the Ford died and the Mitsubishi driver was taken to hospital for treatment.
After being discharged, the Mitsubishi driver was subsequently arrested and taken to Great Yarmouth Police Station for questioning.
Lee Peartree, 34, of Appletree Lane in Roydon, was charged with death by dangerous driving and two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He was remanded and appeared at Norwich Magistrates' Court on October 7 where he was remanded into custody and is next due to appear at Norwich Crown Court on November 6.
