A Norfolk restaurant that offers a "doggy menu" has been named the best in the UK for four-legged visitors.

The Orange Tree in Thornham took the top spot on the list, which celebrated places where pets are made to feel just as welcome as humans.

Big 7 Travel said: "With a menu consisting of authentic and locally sourced dishes, cocktails and premium wines and craft beers, plus a separate doggy menu for your four-legged friends, you will have a hard time dragging yourself and your dog away from this place."
It also boasts accommodation and dogs are welcome in most of the bedrooms for an additional charge of £12 per night.
The Orange Tree is family-friendly and there is a children's play area too.
The Salthouse Dun Cow also features at number 14 in the list, where "dog-loving staff offer up dog biscuits and water bowls to your little friend" and it is also a great pitstop for beach walks.
