The Old Dairy in Beccles is set to have a new lease of life as a couple are taking on the former Ronies site.
A new café will be moving into the market town of Beccles after a beloved local restaurant and takeaway closed, leaving the site empty for several months.
Spindler's Cafe is the brainchild of Front of House manager Holly Wilkinson and her head chef husband, Adam Wilkinson.

"It is something that we have wanted to do for ages," said Mrs Wilkinson.
"We've both worked in hospitality for years and this felt like it was the right place at the right time."
The couple are 'Beccles people,' according to Mrs Wilkinson, and grew up in the town, but this is the first time that either will work in the area.
"We don't currently know what our service will look like," said Mrs Wilkinson.
"We are currently looking at having the space for around 30 covers but it depends on how many we can fit in.
"We are just looking forward to being open!"
The cafe will be open for daytime service throughout the week, excluding Tuesdays, and will have a range of breakfast dishes, lunchtime bites and afternoon treats on offer, including scones and sausage rolls made freshly on the premises.
Mr Wilkinson is the head chef at The Fox Inn in Darsham, who posted about the upcoming opening on their social media channels.
"Adam has an amazing relationship with the team at The Fox Inn," said Mrs Wilkinson.
"They've been really supportive and helped us as we are new business owners."
The Wilkinsons' extensive network of family and friends has helped not only with the work on the property, but will also be on hand to help in the first few weeks of opening while the couple 'find their feet.'
"It is the unknown at the moment," said Mrs Wilkinson.
It has been a big project for the couple to get the site ready to open, with evenings spent redecorating and planning for the opening at the end of November while they both continue to work full-time.
While an opening date is not yet confirmed, the couple hopes to have the site open by the end of November and will be posting regular updates on their social media.
