A village bowls club has been the repeated target of vandals who have caused up to £1,000 worth of damage.
John Preston, the secretary for Northwold Bowls Club in Hovells Lane, Northwold, has issued a plea for the culprits to stop after a series of attacks over the last seven weeks.
"We've had glass windows smashed and doors kicked in," he said.
"It has caused anywhere between £750 and £1,000 of damage, which as a small village club is money we haven't necessarily got.
"The excess for the insurance is going to be £250 regardless and we've had to spend £300 in wood to board up the other windows we don't want to be smashed."
Mr Preston, who has been club secretary for 10 years, said he had never experienced vandalism like it.

"This pavilion was put up by the bowlers in 1976 and the only thing that kept people out was a simple wooden peg - now we have to padlock everything.
"I'm worried about all the other small bowls clubs in areas such as ours that might be targeted in the same way. "
A Norfolk police spokeswoman said: "Police received a report of criminal damage on the evening of October 4 in Hovells Lane, Northwold, when some bricks were thrown through a window."
