From a theme park to a new restaurant, organisations across Norfolk have posted dozens of public notices over the last few weeks. 

Here are five public notices you should be aware of this week.

1. Edwards Convenience

Vidhya Mohan has applied to Broadland District Council for a premises licence for Edwards Convenience Store.

The licence for the shop at 39 Edwards Road in Sprowston is for the sale of alcohol to be consumed off the site.

Any person wishing to object to the grant of the licence should write to the Licensing Team at Broadland District Council.

2. Funderworld Events 

Funderworld Events Limited has applied to South Norfolk Council for a premises licence for the Norfolk Showground.

The activities proposed by the firm are the supply of alcohol, the performance of live music, recorded music, performances of dance and late-night refreshments.

Any objections must be received by the South Norfolk Council in writing no later than October 20.

3. Death of Judith Ann Jones

Anybody having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Judith Ann Jones, who died on August 22, is asked to send a written notice to the address below on or before November 16.  

After this date, the estate will be distributed as per the notices received. 

This notice was issued by Heritage Limited of 13 Hellesdon Park Road, Drayton High Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR6 5DR.

4. Dredging at Haddiscoe 

The Broads Authority has given notice that dredging operations in Haddiscoe New Cut may restrict passage during weekdays from December 1 until January 31.

During this period, dredging will be in operation between 8am and 4pm during the week.

Throughout this period of dredging delays may occur and mariners are asked to await instructions from the dredging crew before attempting to pass.

Outside of the hours of operation, a minimum width of 26ft will remain past the works equipment for the passage of vessels.

All equipment will be lit and signage will be in place to warn of restrictions and possible delays. 

5. The Grain Kitchen

Hop Inn Pubs Ltd has applied to Breckland District Council for a premises licence for The Grain Kitchen at The English Distillery in Roudham.

The firm has applied for a licence to play recorded music indoors and sell alcohol at the restaurant between 10am and 3.45pm, Sunday to Thursday, and from 10pm to 10.45pm on Friday and Saturday.

Members of the public have until October 17 to comment on the application.
