A man is to stand trial for attempted murder next year after a stabbing in Hunstanton.
Neil Donkin, 41, was charged after a man, aged in his 40s, was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) in King's Lynn and transferred to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge with life-threatening injuries.
It followed an incident at Elizabeth Close, Hunstanton at around 4.45pm on August 22 when there were reports of a stabbing.
Donkin, of Saddlebow Road, King's Lynn, appeared at Norwich Crown Court earlier this month when he pleaded not guilty to attempted murder.
He also denied wounding with intent and possession of a bladed article.
A trial has been fixed for February 12 next year.
The man taken to Addenbrooke's as a result of the incident has since been discharged from hospital.
Meanwhile a woman, in her 30s arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and assaulting an emergency worker in relation to the same incident, has been re-bailed until November 15.
