A new chocolate company is launching in the city, as two bakers expand from coffee and cake to cacao.
Previously of Timber Hill Bakery, Mike Sweetman and Natalie Stringer will be producing dark chocolate from scratch at their bakery in Anglia Square.
Darkroom is chocolate crafted from raw cacao beans, which are sourced from eight origins across the world and roasted in-house.

The couple were inspired by a 70pcThe bar was made of just two ingredients, cacao and sugar, and following a tour of Bodholt's bakery, the recipe for Darkroom started to develop.

Mr Sweetman said: "The idea of single-origin chocolate has been around for a while, but most of those bars dilute the flavour of the cacao by adding cocoa butter.
"We are all about preserving each origin's vibe so each of our eight bars tastes completely different, even though they're all 70pc dark bars."
The chocolate, unique to Norfolk is stocked in Green Grocers, Ernie's Zero Waste Shop, Garnet Stores, and Melville and Mayell.
Once a month the duo's bakery in Anglia Square is open for Bun Club, where you can get hold of freshly baked buns, cookies and brownies.
