A historic restaurant is being sold for £1.6m after its owners transformed it from a run-down office building to a boutique hotel.
The Bank House in King Lynn is on the market with Sowerbys after owners Jeannette and Anthony Goodrich decided to end their 15-year run at the award-winning restaurant.
The couple also owns the Rose and Crown in Snettisham.
Jeannette Goodrich said: "We had been looking to buy in King's Lynn for some time and when we saw Bank House we were completely bowled over.

When the couple bought the property in 2008 it was a private house with letting rooms and offices.
During a refurbishment, they created four separate dining areas to seat 120 people and renovated the bar.
The Grade II listed property also features a riverside terrace and 12 ensuite bedrooms.
Jeannette continued: "I love hosting parties and hearing the buzz of people laughing and chatting and having a good time, but the time has come to hand the helm on to someone else."
Anthony said: “Bank House has become an important feature of King's Lynn’s social scene and we are delighted with the way it has become a part of the local community.”
