A Geldeston church is hosting a Michaelmas flower festival to celebrate its ongoing restoration work.
St Michael and All Angels church on Old Yarmouth Road is hosting its Patronal and Flower Festival from Friday, September 29 until Sunday, October 1.
The church will be decorated with floral arrangements, children's displays and work by artists Katherine Colville, Brian Eno and Richard Wathen to mark the occasion.
The church's flagpole has recently been restored and the flag will be flying high throughout the weekend event.
There is a Flowers and Wine night on Friday, September 29 from 6pm to mark the feast of Michaelmas. The event provides visitors the opportunity to see the displays in a relaxed fashion over a glass of wine with canapes served.
The Saxophone quartet, Two Tin Hats, will also be playing at the party.

The flower festival opens to all from 10am on Saturday, September 30. Music will be provided by the Thurlton Gospel Choir and up-and-coming musicians, U3A group of handbell ringers, and madrigal singers.
Outside the church from 2pm, there will be refreshments and homemade cakes, ice creams and stalls selling local produce and plants.
There will also be games, a raffle, classic cars, and teddies parachuting off the church tower.
From 4.30pm, tours of the church and churchyard will be given. Led by Jonathan Sayer. the tour will provide an insight into the lives of those who lost their lives in the two world wars. Booking is essential for the tours.

At 10.30am on Sunday, October 1, there will be a special service of re-dedication and thanksgiving taken by the Rt Revd Bishop of Norwich, Graham Usher.
The flower festival will continue until 4pm.
