A man is to have his movements tracked by GPS monitoring while he awaits trial for stalking a woman.
Gary Nichols, 63, pleaded not guilty to coercive and controlling behaviour and stalking of the woman between April 2022 and September 16 this year.
Norwich Magistrates Court heard his actions had caused the woman to be in fear of violence from him.
He was banned from entering the village of Martham with the exclusion being enforced by a GPS tracking tag.

Prosecutors said despite a restraining order the allegations had also included that he had repeatedly visited her home, made phone calls, banged on her doors and gone through her rubbish.
District judge David Wilson ruled the case was too serious to be heard by magistrates after an application to commit the case to Norwich Crown Court was unopposed by his defence solicitor Annette Hall.
Nichols, of Station Road in Rackheath, was made subject of conditional bail until a hearing on October 16 including not to contact the woman or two neighbours who are witnesses.
