An inflatable obstacle course is returning to a venue near Norwich for 2023 and it will be bigger and bouncier than ever.
The Inflatable 5K, organised by UK Running Events, is back at the Norfolk Showground for another year on Saturday, September 23, with tickets still available.
Participants can select a start time between 9am and 2pm with four different distances to choose from - 2.5km, 5km, 10km or 15km.

The minimum age to take part is five and one participating adult aged 16+ can supervise up to three children.

The most popular option is the 5km route which does two laps taking in 32 obstacles in total, including The Vortex, Swing Shot and Temple of Doom.
There will be five pumping music zones to motivate you around the course and it is suitable for all fitness levels.

Parking is charged at £5 per car at the Norfolk Showground on the day.
