Locals have been flocking to a newly-opened café and village store in Norfolk, where you can get everything from cakes to newspapers.
Biagio's Tea Room and Store launched on September 11 at The Green in East Rudham, near Fakenham, which was previously Jane's Coffee Corner.
The new leaseholders are Alex Biagioni, 34, and Tony Hares, 37, from Bawsey, and it builds on the success of their mobile catering business.

Also called Biagio's, for the last year they have been going to various events in a converted horsebox.
Ms Biagioni has dreamed of having a café since she was a teenager and her partner Mr Hares has now left his job of 20 years in the RAF to join her full-time with the business.
The offering in the new tea room includes Italian coffee, cakes, sandwiches and baguettes, jacket potatoes, waffles, milkshakes and scones, with dog-friendly Puppuccinos too.

She said: "We have been super busy so far - customers said that we have amazing coffee, delicious cakes and generously-filled sandwiches.
"People living in the village told us it is nice that they can walk somewhere to grab something to eat and drink."
There is seating for 35 people inside and two benches outside, or customers can takeaway and enjoy a picnic on The Green opposite.
The Village Store, which has a separate entrance, sells essentials, including milk, loaves of fresh bread, toiletries, bags of its own blend of Italian coffee and newspapers, with local gifts launching soon.

The store is open 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 11am on Saturdays.
