A Norfolk nature reserve is planning a weekend of flamingo-themed fun, with visitors encouraged to dress up in pink and enjoy a range of activities.
There will be flamingo-themed crafts, pond dipping, nature talks, themed café treats, face painting and an appearance from Gilda the flamingo.
Charly Barnes, marketing and events manager, said: "The flamingos are very popular with visitors and lie at the heart of the reserve, so what better way to celebrate everything about them than a Flamingo Fiesta across an autumnal weekend.

"We're asking visitors to go all out for the fiesta – whether this be a full pink outfit just like Barbie or special accessories to highlight their love of flamingos, it’s a wonderful chance to play dress up and enjoy a beautiful day at the nature reserve."
Visitors are also encouraged to explore their "magical" gardens and follow the trail through the nature reserve.
The event will be held on Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1.
Tickets can be bought online or on entry, and those dressed in pink will receive a 10pc discount.
