The owners of a luxury holiday home are reveling in success after winning two prestigious accolades this summer.
Paul and Sian Everden bought Hoste Barn in Swanton Hill, near North Walsham, 30 years ago and have renovated it into a modern holiday barn with a gym and a tennis court.
They received a VisitEngland Rose award earlier this month for "outstanding" hospitality and have also reached the final round of English Garden Magazine's round-up of the best gardens in the country.
Mr Everden said: “When we moved into this property the house and barn were derelict and sitting in an empty field.

“We’ve been putting a lot of work into designing and constructing the garden over the five years and made sure it reflects the Dutch architecture of the house."
The holiday spot is inspected every year by VisitEngland, and this year they received the prestigious 'Rose' award alongside four other Norfolk homes.

"We always try to develop a friendship with the people that stay here, we always give them insight on where to go, what beaches to visit and how to best explore our beautiful coastline," Mr Everden added.
"That's what sets us apart from other places in the county."
Hoste Barn will participate in next year's National Garden Scheme, opening the barn's garden to the general public.
