A large police presence is outside a block of Norwich flats, following an incident.
The emergency services have been at Johnson Place, near Suffolk Square, close to the Grapes Hill roundabout, after being called earlier this morning.

Four police cars were reported to be at the scene according to an eyewitness, with officers standing outside the flats.
The nature of the incident is not yet known.
