The best beach in north Norfolk has been named as the Battle of the Beaches competition closes for another year.
West Runton defeated Sheringham in the final round.
Having finished runner-up in 2022, West Runton emerged victorious with a 57-vote lead over its opponent.
Only a couple of miles and Beeston Hill separate West Runton and Sheringham, which are both Blue Flag beaches.

West Runton is a sand and shingle beach, well-known as the discovery site of the largest nearly-complete mammoth skeleton in 1990.
Visitors were stunned when rare bottlenose dolphins were spotted swimming off the coast at West Runton in August.
The contest closed on Friday after nearly 1,500 votes were cast.
