The new head chef at a north Norfolk wine bar and bistro has taken inspiration from his years of travelling to launch a fresh menu.
The Blind Pig opened in Aylsham's Red Lion Street in June but changed ownership after just two months.
Sean and Dana Portass spent six months renovating the venue before leasing the business to new owners Matt and Fay McKay.
The Blind Pig has just launched a new menu for the autumn season, designed by new head chef James Adams.
Mr Adams, 42, is originally from Norwich and has returned to Norfolk after 13 years of travelling across Europe.

He said: "You never stop learning, we want to build on the new menu and make it as good as we can.
"Everything is locally sourced, all our ingredients are fresh.
"I've drawn inspiration from all over the world, from living in Spain and Australia."
New dishes on the menu include a beetroot, citrus and gin-cured salmon, a Gressingham duck breast, and a glazed Norfolk pig cheek.

Ms McKay added: "He's been amazing, he's like a breath of fresh air.

"It's all going really well."
The staff at The Blind Pig are already putting together their next menu, a seven-course Christmas dinner, in preparation for the festive period.
