The hottest temperatures of 2023 could be seen this week as a heatwave arrives in Norfolk.
The Met Office is predicting maximum temperatures of 32C on Wednesday and Thursday which could surpass the 32.2C recorded on June 10 and 25.
The UK Health Security Agency has now issued an amber heath health alert which means healthcare professionals will be taking action to protect at-risk groups.

Particular concerns have been raised about tropical nighttime temperatures predicted to exceed 20C.
Wednesday and Thursday are set to be the warmest days this week, with morning mist and fog burning away to leave clear and sunny skies.
But where will it be the hottest place in Norfolk on these days?
Although Friday will stay largely warm and humid, clouds should provide some cover, especially in some coastal areas.
Conditions should gradually cool over the weekend and temperatures will soon return to the September average.
