One energy bill has been the final straw for a Norfolk Broads restaurant, which has today announced its closure.
Sat on the River Bure at Wroxham, The Bridge Restaurant will serve its final meals in 10 days, after opening in 2017 following a £1m investment.
The waterside eatery has been struggling to keep going for the last year, amid the cost of living crisis - according to a post on social media.
The restaurant shared: "We have been struggling for a year now, because of energy prices, shortage of staff, and the cost of living crisis, like most businesses in the industry.
