Advice from the Environment Agency says to monitor local water levels and weather conditions and to avoid using low-lying footpaths or entering areas prone to flooding.
Parts of the A149 coast Road, Beach Road and the surrounding marshland may also flood.
The Environment Agency did not say how long the alerts are in place for.
