After a stellar line-up of acts at the first major outdoor concert series at the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, expectations are high for 2024.

Heritage Live, which organises gigs at stately homes across the country, has a five-year deal at the venue, so there will be at least another four years of concerts there.

Over the 2023 August bank holiday weekend, Van Morrison, Robbie Williams and The Who took to the stage, with capacity for 20,000 people each night.

Coldplay, fronted by Chris Martin, was a popular choice and the chart-topping band will already be on the road next year as it continues the Music of the Spheres World Tour.

3. Adele

World-famous singer-songwriter Adele would no doubt sell out in record time if she came to the estate next year - fresh from her 2023 Las Vegas residencies.

4. Guns N' Roses

Heritage Live is keen to make sure that the acts performing at Sandringham appeal to a wide demographic and Guns N' Roses would no doubt be a hit with rock fans.

5. Pink

Pink was a very popular suggestion and her current tour has captured the attention of the world for both her incredible vocals and daring acrobatics.

Speaking ahead of the 2023 concerts, Giles Cooper, managing director of Heritage Live, said: "It was a huge honour to be asked to run five years of concerts at the estate - we know that King Charles III wants to make Sandringham more inclusive.

"The environmental impact was also very important so we have put together a five-year plan for sustainability to become a leading light for outdoor concerts.

"This includes no single use plastic in year one and by year five we want pedal bikes to power stages."
