A Norfolk road will be closed for the foreseeable future following a crash which caused extensive damage.
Wighton Road and Wighton Road Bridge, near Wells-next-the-Sea, are closed for repairs after a vehicle crashed into the bridge.
The work will involve rebuilding the western brick parapet wall, which will take a significant amount of time due to the nature of the damage as well as seasonal factors.
The road will remain closed to all vehicles until the bridge is repaired.
Pedestrian access will be available throughout the road closure.
A signed diversion route will be in place via The Street, Wells Road, High Street and Copys Green.
