A man has created his version of Norwich's signature sandwich, which includes some interesting flavour combos.
TikTok user Big Nibbles (@bignibblescooks) chose crab, samphire and tartare sauce for the city's sandwich filling for his video series touring UK towns and cities and creating a themed bap.
However, the owner of Logan's sandwich bar, Anthea McNamara, thinks that a proper Norwich sarnie must include part of the city's history.

She said: "For me, crab and samphire signifies Norfolk and its coastline.
"If you really want a Norwich sandwich, it would have to be a chicken club with bacon, lettuce, tomato and, of course, Colman's classic mustard mayo."
The flavour is one of the sandwich bar's best sellers, so locals must be a fan of the triple-decker sub.

Big Nibbles has 93,000 followers on TikTok, with other videos in the series showing an egg mayo sandwich for Colchester, a fried roast dinner wrap for York and an HP sauce and bacon sarnie for Nottingham.
One TikTok user commented that it was more of a "Norfolk sandwich than Norwich" but if you used "fresh Cromer crab and samphire from Blakeney" it would be a fair representation of the county.
