A man has been charged with attempted murder after a stabbing in Hunstanton.
Police were called to Elizabeth Close in the town at 4.45pm on Tuesday (August 22) following reports of a stabbing.
A man, aged in his 40s, was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn and was then moved to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge with life-threatening injuries where he remains.
A man, also in his 40s, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and possession of a bladed article.
He was taken to King’s Lynn Police Station for questioning.
Neil Donkin, aged 41 and of Saddlebow Road in King's Lynn, has been charged with attempted murder and possession of a bladed article.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear in court today (August 24).
A woman, aged in her 30s, was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and assaulting an emergency worker.
She has since been released on bail until September 19.
