A comedian who has been on the circuit for more than 30 years will delight audiences as the new host of the country's biggest Christmas show.
The Thursford Christmas Spectacular returns to The Thursford Collection, near Fakenham, in Norfolk for its 46th edition from November 8 to December 23 2023.
The show is known for its singing, dancing and speciality acts, but also its host that keeps the entertainment flowing throughout.

This year is no different with Lloyd Hollett – The Comedy Wordsmith announced as the compère and comedian.
He has worked across 500 cruises and appeared in 25 pantomimes during his long career.
He said: "Christmas is always my favourite time of the year. I cannot wait to join the team and to entertain the Thursford audiences.”

The venue is also getting a new state-of-the-art sound system installed ready for the show in November.
George Cushing, associate producer, said: “Lloyd is a true wordsmith and his comic timing is on another level. Audiences are in for a real treat!”
