An arrest warrant has been issued for a man charged with having a large knife on a busy Norwich street.
Scott Moodie failed to appear before Norwich Magistrates Court to answer charges that he was found with a serrated blade on Earlham Road on April 21 this year.

The 36-year-old, whose address was given as Shepherd’s Bush in London, has yet to enter a plea.
Magistrates issued a warrant without bail seeking his immediate arrest to attend court.
