Hundreds of people have signed a petition to save a north Norfolk sugery threatened by closure.
The future of Blakeney Surgery remains uncertain after Holt Medical Practice, which runs the GP practice, applied to NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) for permission to close it earlier this year.
The decsion has been met with opposition from members of the community, with patients now signing a petition urging Holt Medical Practice to keep the surgery open.

North Norfolk MP Duncan Baker, Dr Victoria Holliday, who represents the Blakeney area at North Norfolk District Council (NNDC), and Rosemary Thew, chairman of Blakeney Parish Council, met concerned locals at the 'Save Blakeney Surgery' stand at the annual 'Party on the Pastures' event in the village on Sunday (August 20).
"I’m humbled that so many people came to support us," Dr Holliday said.
"It’s a real indication of how much this closure will affect the community, and how much anger there is.
"Patients are shocked that a business decision by the practice is taking away their access to healthcare."
The Old Wild Rovers band performed at the event, playing their ‘What shall we do if Blakeney closes?’ shanty.
Mr Baker has also thrown his support behind the campaign to keep the surgery open.
"The show of support from the public in Blakeney on Sunday showed just how worried and concerned residents are about the closure of this much-loved and needed surgery.
"Nearly 300 signatures and an overwhelming desire to fight against the closure was the resounding message we received all day."

Mrs Thew added: "The Party on the Pastures is an annual event always enjoying a good turnout.
"The numbers of people making their way to the Save Blakeney Surgery stand, sharing their concerns about the proposed closure, and signing the petition, showed just how worried people are."
