A woman has been left feeling unsafe in her own home after a chilling discovery made while checking her home security footage.
Sarah Eacock, 52, who lives in Cromer, was at home with her two children when she heard her dog barking loudly downstairs in the early hours of Thursday (August 17) morning after the town's carnival celebrations.
After investigating and finding nothing amiss, she went back to bed.
However, she awoke to her elderly neighbours screaming 'get out, get out' as the man also tried to force entry into the house next door.

Ms Eacock said: "I live by myself with two children, so when I heard my dog barking I immediately suspected the worse and I was frightened.
"You don't just walk into someone's house in the middle of the night - it's left us feeling unsafe and terrified in our own homes and there is a high chance that he may come back again to finish off what he started."
She wasn't aware that the man had been inside her house, but when she checked her overnight video recorded by her doorbell camera, she was horrified to see him entering and leaving her home.
A spokeswoman for Norfolk Police said: "Officers have received two reports of suspicious circumstances in Cromer.
"An unknown male has been seen entering two properties at around 1.30am."
Anyone with information has been asked to contact them on 101 quoting incident 476 of August 17.
