Traders climbed onto the roof of a pensioner's house and carried out work costing £1,200 without her permission.
A woman, 76, was targeted during a cold call at her property on Friday, August 4 in Lowestoft.
A male trader, who was approximately 30 years old, said he could fix a roof tile for her for £30.

As soon as she said yes, two younger males climbed onto her roof before allegedly doing work without her permission and charged her £1,200.
Feeling intimidated and wanting the group to leave, the victim paid £900 by cheque.
The trader claimed he worked for a business near Great Yarmouth Racecourse which was false, and he did not provide the victim with any paperwork, cancellation rights or business details about him.
Suffolk Trading Standards had asked Suffolk Police to share the information about the incident.
