The Norfolk Broads has been named the cheapest national park for a campervan holiday, according to a new study.
Averaging just £19 a night for a stay at a campervan site, The Broads scored highest in the UK for value, placing above such others as the Yorkshire Moors, Cairngorms National Park and the Peak District.
The research, conducted by Select Van Leasing, looked into the pricing of campsites within 10 miles of the chosen location, as well as how many of them allow campervans to stay.
Its research also showed that nearly three-quarters of adults said that they would rather stay in the UK for a holiday, with the "staycation" showing no signs of slowing down.
Following closely behind as the second-most affordable campsite is The North York Moors National Park, costing £23 on average.

Holkham Beach was recently included on The AA's list of the top 20 beaches to drive to in 2023, named as a "hidden gem" and a "beach that could be abroad".
