The show which airs every weekday morning, addresses topics such as entertainment, health and money and this morning's programme was in Great Yarmouth to promote one of the competitions.
It is not the first time the area has been live on ITV as Gorleston was the filming location for Josie Gibson as This Morning took a look at why it was named the best beach in the country.
Clips of people on the beach were shown as they talked about their love for the golden sands.
