The team at a hotel and restaurant based at a Norfolk estate is toasting to success after being awarded new AA accolades.
The Victoria at the Holkham Estate, near Wells-next-the-Sea, now holds two coveted AA rosettes for culinary excellence.
The head chef is Michael Chamberlain and in 2020 it transitioned from a pub to a restaurant.

It has since been closed to drinkers, who are not dining or staying overnight, so the team could focus on the food and accommodation side of the business.
It has also just been classified by the AA as a four-star hotel and it boasts 20 individually-decorated rooms across two historical buildings.

Ben Hunter-Watts, the general manager, said: "We are delighted that The Victoria has been classified as a four-star hotel and that our restaurant has been awarded two rosettes following a recent AA overnight inspection.
"The news reflects the fantastic work of the team who strive to ensure every guest has a wonderful time here, whether they are staying in the hotel rooms or dining with us in the restaurant.”
